1. Reservation and payment: Hall rental is carried out by appointment. Payment must be made no later than 1 hour before the start of use of the premises. 2. Cancellation and rescheduling: If the rental is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the booked time, the renter may be charged a penalty of 50% of the rental price. Transfer is possible by agreement with the administration. 3. Time of use: The tenant is obliged to vacate the hall within the period specified in the contract. Additional time of use is paid separately and is only possible if there is free time in the schedule. 4. Cleanliness and order: The tenant is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order in the premises. After using the hall, you must remove all personal belongings and leave the room in the same condition in which it was provided. 5. Financial liability: The tenant is responsible for the safety of property in the hall. In case of damage or loss of property, the tenant undertakes to compensate for the damage caused. 6. Use of equipment: If the hall has additional equipment (for example, audio or video equipment), its use is possible only with the permission of the administration. The lessee must comply with the rules for operating the equipment. 7. Purpose of the venue: The room is intended for psychological consultations, trainings and group therapy. Use of the hall for other purposes must be agreed with the administration. 8. Prohibited actions: Smoking, alcohol and drug use are prohibited in the hall. Actions that disrupt the peace or safety of other tenants or neighbors are also prohibited. 9. Responsibility for participants: The renter is responsible for the conduct of all participants present in the hall during the rental period and must ensure that they comply with all rules. 10. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and respect other users' right to personal space and privacy.
