Listing your venue is simple. Create an account, fill in your venue details (address, amenities, photos, pricing), and publish it. Our team may review the listing to ensure it meets quality standards before approval.

We accept various types of venues, including photo studios, dance studios, yoga spaces, conference halls, banquet halls, co-working spaces, sports halls, and more. The space should be safe, well-maintained, and accessible for hourly rentals.

Listing your venue is typically free. The platform takes a service fee of 15% from confirmed bookings, which is deducted automatically. Detailed fee structures are available in your account dashboard.

You can manage bookings, choose to approve or decline requests, and set cancellation policies through your dashboard. Automated notifications will keep you updated on upcoming bookings and customer inquiries.

Yes, you have full control over your pricing, availability, and booking conditions. You can set special prices for peak hours, holidays, or events.

Payments are processed through a secure Stripe payment system and transferred twice a month to the bank account you put down in your company profile.

Through your dashboard, you can manage bookings, approve or decline requests, and set cancellation policies. However, once a booking is confirmed and paid, it cannot be canceled by the venue owner or the customer to ensure reliability for both parties. It’s important to keep your availability updated to avoid conflicts.

If you are concerned about your premises, we recommend that you or an authorized representative be present during the rental period. This allows you to oversee the use of your space and ensure that the acceptance process is carried out according to your rules. If you have security cameras and notice any damage to your premises, please report the incident to us via email (eventify.scaleway@gmail.com), attaching relevant video clips or evidence. We will provide you with the contact information of the person who made the booking so you can address the issue directly—whether by contacting them to resolve it, discussing it in person, or filing a formal report if necessary.
