Guests can cancel their booking up to 7 days before the start of the event and receive a full refund, including all applicable fees, based on the cost of their booking. If the booking is canceled between 7 days and 24 hours before the start of the event, guests will receive a 50% refund of the booking cost, excluding applicable fees. However, bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the event are non-refundable.
