There is also a hotel next door (Varsovia apartments) if it is necessary to provide accommodation for speakers or participants

Guests can cancel their booking up to 90 days before the start of the event and receive a full refund, including all applicable fees. If the booking is canceled between 90 days and 14 days before the start of the event, guests are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking cost (excluding fees). Cancellation requests made less than 14 days before the start of the event are non-refundable.
